Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages:


  • - Create bubble tea beverages following specific customer preferences and standardized recipes.

    - Ensure accuracy and consistency in the preparation of drinks.

  • Maintain Work Area:


  • - Keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.

    - Regularly sanitize equipment and surfaces to meet health and safety standards.

  • Ensure Quality and Consistency:


  • - Consistently monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products.

    - Adhere to company guidelines to ensure every drink meets established quality standards.

    4.
  • Customer Service:


  • - Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.

    - Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.

  • Product Promotion:


  • - Upsell and suggest additional products such as toppings, snacks, or specialty items.

    - Educate customers on new or seasonal products to drive sales.

  • Cash Handling:


  • - Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.

    - Maintain a balanced cash register and follow proper cash handling procedures.

  • Health and Safety Compliance:


  • - Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols.

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)


  • Experience:
