Full Job Description

  • Answering customer service queries via phone, live chat and email and responding politely, quickly and efficiently

  • Using sound judgement and taking decisions within established procedures for each service request to maximise customer satisfaction

  • Meet SLA target for email response, email resolution and customer satisfaction rating

  • Brand Ambassador for the company.

  • Taking orders over the phone on behalf of customers

  • Sharing of product knowledge in order to upsell products

  • Making realistic customer commitments and follow through each transaction to full completion - keeping the customer and other internal departments informed at all times

  • Logging customer service queries and reporting to the business within agreed timeframes

    Minimum grade B in GCSE English and Maths

  • Customer Service experience either in call centre or retail environment

  • Great Communicator - spoken and written

  • Strong team player

  • IT literate

  • Good attention to detail

  • Able to work to, and be motivated by, quality control targets

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Able to use initiative to prioritise and solve enquiries

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The Customer Sales Advisor role is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey with the Customer Service team at our Milton Park offices.


  • You'll work with the Customer Service Team to provide a first class customer experience via phone, email, live chat and social media; managing customer orders, concerns and complaints in line with company SLAs.

    Please note this role is hybrid and you will be based in our Milton Park (OX14 4SH) office 3 days a week.

    This is a fixed term contract for 3 months, however there may be the potential to extend.
