Full Job Description
- Taking inbound calls from customers wanting to obtain an quotation
- Making outbound calls to customers who have left details on the website to provide a quotation
- Fact finding and data inputting onto the in-house computer system
- Providing advice to clients on insurance products
- Closing sales and overcoming any objections raised
We are recruiting for one of the UK's fastest growing Insurance Brokers based in Stoke-on-Trent, this role would be working within their Head Office as part of their specialist Customer Sales Advisors.
