Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join us. As Customer Quality engineer you are responsible for monitoring, planning and actioning customer and dealer feedback relating to product. Working closely with technical and commercial teams in support of Quality KPI's as well as visiting dealers to continually strengthen our relationship.,

  • Review Customer Quality data (Warranty, Field Product Quality Reports, Complaints) for opportunities for improvement and topics for addressal where appropriate.

  • Triage and action topics within the respective Customer Quality Systems.

  • Acting as point of contact to the aftersales domain.

  • Collecting, identifying and storing Warranty returns.

  • Liasing with other functions and suppliers to manage problems taken up for resolution utilizing a suite of problem-solving capabilities.

  • Supporting the Lead Customer Quality engineer achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators.

  • Continually review Customer Quality processes taking an active role in the continual improvement and optimising the way you and others work.

    Be able to gather, understand data and take meaningful action as a result.

  • Must be comfortable presenting data to small audiences for workshops, meetings or such like.

  • Understand, respect and follow the company's Health, Safety and Environmental rules and guidance.

  • Ability to utilize problem solving tools (Quality Alerts 3C's, Rapid Problem-solving, A3 Practical Problem-solving or 8 disciplines of problem-solving).

  • Can communicate with internal and external parties to support problem resolution.

  • Possesses a strong understanding of vehicle componentry or systems and their importance, preferably with 2-3 years working with motorcycles, either through design, production, maintenance or similar.
