Full Job Description

Help co-ordinate operational logistics, booking accuracy and operational communication to customers. Ensure unparalleled customer service and deliver accurate, detailed information at each stage of the customers booking experience. Join Skiworld's west London head office team as a Customer Operations Executive as we prepare for another exciting ski season.

We are looking for candidates with administrative, customer service or operations experience and a passion for skiing/snowboarding.,

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word

  • An ability to multitask and communicate to a range of suppliers and partners

  • Motivation and organisation with a high level of attention to detail

  • Strong ability to work within a team

    Up to £24,000 a year - Temporary contract, Pulled from the full job description
