- Managing customer service workflows to efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.

- Monitoring and analyzing customer service performance metrics, devising improvement measures, and tracking implementation.

- Coordinating cross-departmental collaboration to resolve complex customer issues and complaints.

- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Preparing and submitting customer service reports, reporting on team performance and issue resolution progress to management.

Relevant work experience in the field, with previous experience in customer service management preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle various customer situations.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate team members to achieve common goals.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.

- In-depth knowledge of best practices and trends in the customer service industry.

- Fluent in spoken and written English preferred.
