Here at Saint Gobain Interior Solutions, we're offering a temporary contract as a Customer Experience Insights Analyst based at our site in East Leake, Loughborough. This is a hybrid role split between WFH and the office.

What will I be doing?

The Customer Experience Insight Analyst will navigate multiple data sources, harnessing the power of data to drive decisions and inform customer-centric innovation.

This role involves gathering, interpreting, and analysing data to derive actionable insight. Then working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to communicate insight and influence strategies that improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.

Do you have a passion for finding the story in data? Are you confident in analysing data and applying context to derive insight? If so, this role could be for you.,

  • Proven experience in data analysis, market research or a similar role focused on customer insights.

  • Proficiency in various methods of data collection, such as surveys, interviews, and field studies. Plus, the ability to analyse and synthesize the results to derive meaningful insight

  • Experience in Power BI will be great but not a must. Experience with other data visualization tools will be considered.

  • Ability to understand and relate to user needs, behaviours and motivations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to share research findings, translate complex data into clear insights and advocate for user needs.
