Full Job Description

Are you passionate about Customer Service? Driven to ensure Customer Satisfaction? Then we have a brilliant opportunity to join our Customer Experience Delivery Team at our Head Office in Nuneaton.

You'll be responsible for handling any customer escalations, driving experience improvements across the business, and identifying the root cause of customer dissatisfaction. You'll oversee social media responses and investigating online reviews.

Passionate to get things right for our customers with ability to inspire the same in others

- Able to remain calm in pressurised circumstances

- Can demonstrate resilience and to be able to cope with difficult situations

- A strong customer understanding, empathy, and intuition

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with complaints and for collaborating with others across departments.

- Have a passion for business/performance improvement

- Ability to negotiate & influence others

- Strong customer service skills

- Experience handling complaints

- Knowledge on Excel - Desirable
