Full Job Description

Goals:

  • Support the development and execution of the CX strategy, identifying key touchpoints for improvement and proposing innovative ideas.

  • Assist in coordinating CX-related projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring project timelines are met.

  • Act as a liaison between departments and teams to align on CX initiatives and objectives.


  • Manage:
  • Effectively manage CRM in collaboration with other CX stakeholders and maintain customer data accuracy.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Support customer engagement efforts by organizing feedback sessions, surveys, and focus groups, and promptly addressing inquiries or complaints.


  • Insights:
  • Support the CX leadership team in organising and executing CX events.

  • Contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.

  • Develop processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support CX initiatives.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset., Degree educated or similar experience in a marketing, project management or client / customer facing environment desired but not essential.
