Full Job Description

Put simply, you'll be talking to people. You'll be speaking with our customers via phone and digital touchpoints, building great rapport and working through any queries or concerns, resolving queries quickly and efficiently from general questions to more complex cases, aiming for first contact resolution.
Our aim is simple: to delight our guests, and your aim every day will be to exceed the expectations of our each of our guests, whilst ensuring that we meet process, quality, and legislative requirements.

- Ideally, although not essential you'll have had some experience of working in a contact centre

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, we are passionate about delivering a world class customer experience to all our customers. As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be handling customer queries over the telephone, on email and on our web chat service, these can be as wide and varied as questions from customers about their existing bookings all the way through to a relocation if a property is no longer available.
This is a fast paced, targeted role in our busy contact centre and no two days will be the same.

This role is full-time, permanent (40 hours per week) and based from our office in Lowestoft.

    What else do you need to know?
    Our office is centrally located to the town centre, where we have free onsite parking and also overspill parking at Lowestoft Football Club. We are close to transport links, the station being a 10-minute walk and the bus station a 5-minute walk. As we are close to the town centre, there's places in town where you can pick up lunch and refreshments, we also having vending machines on site and freshly prepared sandwiches and snacks which are available Monday to Friday. Or, if you are a culinary whizz and like to bring your lunch to work, we have plenty of fridges for you to store your food, in our bespoke and modern break out area.
