Customer Data Product Owner

The role is focused on delivering data into our analytics platform to support commercial analytics teams build the data products that drive value and loyalty, while ensuring product development meets time, cost and quality parameters.,

• Build and manage customer data on the analytics data platform (Snowflake)


• Manage the demands from business stakeholders and analytics teams - Understand the expected Business Outcomes, in order to be able to link the business demands to the product features and report the value they are expected to generate.


• Own the Analytics Data Product Backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible and understood - Creation of the short-, medium- and long-term product roadmap.


• Works closely with Customer Data Architecture, Governance and Engineer Chapter Leads to ensure security, trustworthiness and a consistent approach to customer governance and data management.


• Contribute towards Data Platform QBR Memo ensuring priorities at Epic level are well defined and clear to squad.
  
  Experience in working with Data Warehouse within a complex organization.


• Knowledge of data architecture principles, data modelling and engineering techniques.


• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, and data security and privacy principles related to data management.


• Familiar with Snowflake / BigQuery or equivalent data technologies available in the market.


• Strong communication skills and ability to align many stakeholders towards common long-term goals.
