We're in search of rockstar Customer Complaints Advisors to support one of our long-time automotive partners, Kia.
We're searching for some seriously amazing individuals who have a knack for helping others, through a friendly phone call, a tweet, or a well-crafted email. Your job? Tackling customer problems and questions and making sure every interaction leaves them with that coveted 5-star ROI experience. If you've got a knack for connecting with people, an eagle eye for detail, and a passion for nailing it on the first try, we want you on our team., You'll be joining a winning team known for delivering top-quality service. This job is fast-paced, with our team handling a ton of calls, emails, and messages every day - all while working under tight deadlines. So, sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must.
You'll also need some resilience. People usually call Customer Service when they need help, so be ready to handle those tricky calls with a can-do attitude, professionalism, and a smile. Don't worry; we'll have your back with all the training you need. And if you're the curious type, always asking "why?" and eager to learn, this could be your dream job.,

In return for providing fantastic service to our customers, we offer a whole package of perks, including: - A 5% bonus following completion of your initial Customer Service training (typically after 3 months) followed by a further 5% achievement bonus after 9 months in the job.
