Customer Arcade Assistant

Join us as a Slots Host in our Maidstone Club offering a 20 Hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days and will include late night shifts.,

• Demonstrating how to enjoy the games on offer


• Providing new member tours with a clear, exciting and engaging explanation of what's on offer


• Maintaining an understanding of First Level Fault Fixing on Machines to resolve basic faults, if you're unable to fix the issue, escalating to relevant parties


• Playing a part in securely collecting money from the machines on a daily/weekly basis


• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
