Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Advisor who'll fit right in with our amazing Access team to join us on a permanent basis.

Your role will cover facilitating access to our domestic properties, primarily for the completion of vital landlord's gas safety checks, but also electrical periodic inspections, solid fuel safety checks and more. Your daily duties will include communication with our customers, their relatives, external agencies, government departments and internal colleagues by all means available such as email, telephone, written letter or via physical visits; logging each action within our housing management system and liaising with legal stakeholders as you progress.

You will be a forward thinking, driven and flexible individual, joining our Access team. You must be confident in the use of mobile technology, have an 'agile' approach to work and be committed to continuous improvement, as you'll be joining a diverse team who are passionate about providing excellent services to our customers.
