Full Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive support to our agents, managing all administrative aspects of their visits to our headquarters in China, including provding suggestions and informations of travel arrangements, accommodations, and scheduling.

  • Act as the primary communication bridge between our agents, the parent company in China, and the UK subsidiary, ensuring clear, effective communication and seamless arrangements.

  • Ensure cultural and business practices are respectfully aligned between all parties, facilitating a smooth and productive exchange.

  • Organize and oversee detailed itineraries for agent visits, including professional meetings, training sessions, and cultural immersion activities to enhance understanding and cooperation.

  • Prepare and distribute pre-visit information packs to agents, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their visit.

    Fluent in English and Chinese, with a deep understanding of both UK and Chinese business cultures.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Relations, MBA or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a coordination or liaison role, preferably with exposure to the security, doors, or locks industries.

  • Exceptional attention to details.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Willingness to travel between the UK and China as required., coordination or liaison: 3 years (preferred)
