Full Job Description

  • Develop client relationships

  • Maintain strong product knowledge and market intelligence

  • Ability to work with internal teams to design new and innovative products

  • Pricing and production of reliable Term Sheets

  • Strong execution of secondary market orders

  • Management of events on all products (autocallable dates, barrier) and anticipation of actions needed to increase client assets retention

  • Experience in on-boarding / KYC regulations

    Proven track record in developing new client relationships with DFM community

  • Deep knowledge of Cross Asset solutions / products

  • Negotiation and influencing skills

  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal

    Role Overview:

    We are currently investing into our Cross Asset business in the UK as we look to increase our share of this market and provide a better and wider ranging offering for our clients.

    This forms part of a wider strategy across our entire Global Markets division where we are looking to capitalise on our strong performance over the past few years that has seen major increases in revenues and client numbers as we deliver exceptional levels of service and innovative solutions.

    After recently relocating a new Head of UK XAS sales from Paris to London we are now looking for someone who can help shape our Cross Asset Sales franchise in the UK, delivering a wide range of products to DFM's. We cover both flow and structured products and work with our clients to understand what they actually want and then work with our engineers to provide these products., People join for the impact they can have on us.
