CRM Data Analyst Assistant

Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager and working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, this role involves supporting various marketing functions through data analysis, reporting, and email marketing optimization.

• Provide measurement and reporting across all marketing functions (CRM, brand, social, PR)


• Interpret and analyse raw data, creating meaningful reports, decks, and dashboards, which translate well to a non-technical.


• Analyse email engagement to produce insights and actionable next steps for continuous performance.


• Support the team in reporting and analysing campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.


• Test and schedule weekly email marketing activities, ensuring timely and error free execution.


• Deliver A/B tests across email campaigns, analyse outcomes and communicate recommendations.


• Use Ometria to segment lists based on past email engagement and website interactions.


• Maintain high-quality data within customer relationship management systems.


• Extract, clean, and manage data from various sources to support marketing efforts.


• Use web analytics and CRM system to track and evaluate campaign effectiveness.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to perform data and process analyses.


• Escalate any complex issues to appropriate teams and provide data-driven recommendations.


• Prioritise tasks effectively and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.


• Receive training on customer platforms and email service providers to access customer data and schedule campaigns efficiently.
  
  We are seeking a motivated and analytical CRM Digital Assistant to join our dynamic team. You would play a pivotal role in analysing email Campaigns that drive engagement and customer experience across all areas of the global marketing channels., Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology,


or a related field.

• Proven experience in CRM administration and email marketing (ideally retail).


• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.


• Experience in working with large data sets, including identification and correction of inconsistencies.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for decision-making.


• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
