We specialise in providing accident replacement cars, specifically focusing on assisting claimants involved in road traffic accidents. We offer comprehensive services to other businesses operating in the accident management sector, including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims managers. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end solutions with a smooth process to insure customer satisfaction.

The role of the Credit Hire Negotiator will be responsible for recovering losses from the third party insurers for credit hire.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively manage a case load of current and back logged cases

  • Work with third party insurers to produce effective results and timely completions, providing ongoing instructions to achieve the best results for the business

  • To manage our clients expectations by obtaining necessary information

  • Dealing with resourceful risk assessments

  • Carrying out a thorough examination of our clients financial circumstances

  • Organising and collating special damage as well as obtaining supporting documents

  • Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Resolving complaints and providing timely resolutions

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of high risk/complex claims, including credit hire

  • Ability to use own initiative to explore all options to achieve the best outcome for the business

  • Commercial market awareness regarding credit hire and all relevant case laws

    Credit hire claims experience and extensive working knowledge

  • Strong pre- litigation skills and experience

  • Previous experience as a claims handler within Credit Hire

  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to remain professional

  • Knowledge of the civil court procedures and relevant case laws relevant to credit hire

  • The ability to problem solve with excessive organisational skills with a result driven attitude

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to structure and prioritise workload

  • Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
