Creative Research Assistant (multiple FT and PT roles available)

As a Research Assistant you will work with colleagues to undertake activities to support the project outlined below. Activities associated with this post will include:

• Working with and for young people (age 16-24) from under-represented backgrounds and with mental health issues


• Design, creation and production of an 'online museum' of hidden stories, with young people.


• Organising and co-ordinating a national network of young co-design partners who will gather potential stories from local museums and galleries.


• Work with museums, galleries and cultural partners to explore their archives for 'hidden' narratives.


• Working with industry partner Imagineear to turn stories into a variety of content formats for the online museum., Lab4Living is a design led interdisciplinary research group at Sheffield Hallam University, which is recognised by the sector for undertaking world-leading research in design for health. This research is manifested in award-winning products, and interventions that contribute to policy that positively impact on people's lives.
