Full Job Description

Higher Level Teaching Assistant £22,783.87 per annum

  • 34 hours per week Term time only Required as soon as possible Post in place until Summer 2026 Supporting the SENDCo, you will plan, prepare and deliver learning activities and interventions for one student with complex needs. You will be working 1:1 with this student in lessons and also in overlearning lessons. With at least 2 years' experience of working in schools supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, you should be able to engage with students in a positive and effective way. You will be expected to undertake the Level 4 HLTA qualification if you do not already have it. Cover Supervisor £16,233.47 per annum 29 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 8.30am - 3.30pm and Friday: 8.30am - 2.30pm Term time only As Cover Supervisor, you will step in to deliver pre-set work to students when teachers are unavailable, supporting them to complete it in an atmosphere conducive to learning.
