Full Job Description
This is a full-time role for an experienced Corporate and Commercial Solicitor where hybrid-working (part office, part remote) is acceptable and encouraged and the company's headquarters are located in Altrincham. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to corporate and business owner clients. They role will involve supporting the partners on corporate transactions, leading on others dependent on size and experience, reviewing contracts, drafting and negotiating agreements, providing pro-active plain-talking advice to clients, and supporting the learning and development of junior lawyers in the team.
- Minimum of 5 years PQE
- Demonstrable knowledge of corporate and commercial law, legal principles, and practices
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting tight deadlines.
- Experience advising both established corporate clients and growing entrepreneurial businesses is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients.
- Innovative and the ability to challenge and adapt.
- Proactive and committed to exceeding client expectations.
