Full Job Description
We are looking for a front of house conveyancing secretary/receptionist to join our small, but very busy solicitors. We are a local business that has been in Burton on Trent for many years, and so we are looking for a friendly, and outgoing person to join us. - Prepare correspondence and legal documents via email and letters
- Liaise with clients either face to face or over the telephone
- Book and manage client appointments
- Paperwork including filing, storage and retrieval legal documents
- Liaise with the finance department to create client bills
- Take client payments
- General administrative support to the solicitors and the wider team
Communication - verbal and written - Excellent customer service
- Have an eye for attention to detail
- Work at a fast pace and to tight deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Be highly organised and able to multi-task
- Awareness of Data Protection and GDPR
- Microsoft Office, Clerical/Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent - Company pension
- Monday to Friday
Pay: £16,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
