Full Job Description
Communicate with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and mortgage agreements
- Conduct property searches and investigate title deeds
- Coordinate with financial institutions to arrange mortgage financing
- Calculate and collect fees, taxes, and other costs associated with property transactions
- Arrange for the transfer of funds between parties
- Attend client meetings and oversee the signing of legal documents
- Maintain accurate records of all conveyancing activities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented property lawyer to join our team. We are ideally looking for a Solicitor or qualified Legal Executive but will also look at very experienced executives if the candidate is right. The successful applicant will be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate a proven record of success in billing and client care. The successful applicant will be a team player and one who is committed to business development. We are particularly interested in anyone with shared ownership experience and/or high street commercial property experience. Salary is negotiable depending on the experience and proven ability of the applicant., Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
