Contracts / Project Manager - Drylining / Interiors

The role will be a mixture of working on site and in the office as required, and you will be undertaking the following tasks:

• Managing various sites and the workforce to ensure projects are delivered to the highest levels of quality and safety.


• Ensuring time restraints and costs are adhered to whilst overseeing the purchasing of materials and equipment.


• Create weekly project reports, which include; QA, H&S, Programme, Labour, Assets, etc


• Meeting project objectives.


• Liaising with clients to secure repeat business and attend site meetings.
  
  Due to significant growth and an impressive order book, CIG are looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious Project Manger to join their business. This is a challenging role which requires the successful candidate to work well under pressure, and prioritise workload effectively. We are looking for applicants with experience in either housing, or commercial, (or both) to manage contracts across many of our sites in Bristol and further afield across the South West., Two years minimum experience of working as a Site manager/Project manager.


• Full UK driving license.


• Computer literate with experience of using MS Office.


• Effective verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organisational skills to oversee logistics and operations.


• Sound understanding of health and safety legislation.


• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
