Full Job Description
This role involves direct interaction with clients and contractors throughout the duration of a contract and orchestrating regular meetings to ensure steady progress and achievement of KPIs.,
- Formulating quotations, tenders for clients, and commercial proposals to attract new business.
- Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Team to guarantee high-quality service delivery by skilled and well-trained staff.
- Promoting First Response Group's facilities management capabilities with the aim of broadening the client base.
- Utilising existing clients to broaden and diversify the range of services provided.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and maintaining a relationship throughout the project/contract duration.
- Managing and maintaining the approved contractor database.
- Developing plans and estimating budgets and timelines.
- Determining and preparing suitable terms of business for existing and new contracts.
- Negotiating budgets and timelines with clients and addressing unexpected costs.
- Serving as the primary contact for clients, site, and project managers.
- Coordinating with third-party contractors to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- Ensuring projects adhere to agreed technical standards and compliance is upheld.
- Communicating with technical and financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams, and the client's representatives.
- Overseeing invoicing at the conclusion of a project.
- Operating both on-site and in an office setting.
Understanding of FM and planned preventative maintenance. - Experience in scheduling and M&E.
- Excellent knowledge of legal compliance
- Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practise
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
