CONTRACTS MANAGER

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for our Westok division at our flagship offices in Leeds. The role will be to manage various projects that include - Cellular Beams, Plate / Box Girders, Modular Frames and
Complex Fabrication from receipt of order through to delivery into customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple and various sized projects at any one given time.


• Interpret customer requirements and produce works instructions to manufacture our products.


• Maximise efficiencies within the works instructions produced for the factory.


• Read customer drawings and ensure we manufacture to the correct specification.


• Purchase steel sections, plate, and components efficiently and in the correct sequence.


• Ensure any bought out items are ordered on time to suit "just in time" production and delivery


• system.


• Liaise with customers regularly to ensure we meet their every requirement, including on time


• deliveries.


• Attend production meetings and update the planner and rest of the team with progress of all


• live and upcoming projects.


• Produce drawings using Autocad / SigmaNest when required.
