To achieve this, we are searching for an exceptional Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team working in the surrounding Dorset area.,

• Oversee and manage all aspects of pitched roofing contracts, with a specific focus on social housing re-roofing programs.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.


• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.


• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.


• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.


• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to social housing re-roofing programs.
  
  Previous experience as a Contracts Manager, overseeing pitched roofing projects & New Build ideally within social housing re-roofing programs.


• A deep understanding of industry regulations, health and safety protocols, and compliance requirements.


• Proven track record in successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure
