Full Job Description

Day to day management of client contract, ensuring all works are completed within relevant timeframes and to correct standards. Review and allocate resource and planning, see jobs through from creation to completion.,

  • Data Analysis

  • Create and manage work instructions

  • Allocate resource and planning to workloads

  • Manage tasks and job completion to client requests

    Highly Experienced in Excel data management

  • Client facing, fast paced, used to a challenge

  • Can create work instructions, communicate will with field operatives and clients

  • Resilient, can-do attitude and can work in a busy, sometime pressurized environment.

  • Any relevant industry qualifications - building / fire safety.

    • Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus scheme, This is a permanent role we are offering based in the Newcastle office.


    • The rate of pay we are offering is £29,000.00 per annum depending on experience, based on a 40 hour working week.

    Annual Salary £29,000 (£32,000 OTE - monthly bonus)
