Contract Sales Account Manager

We have a unique requirement at Travis Perkins for a Contract Sales Account Manger who will be responsible for two managed service accounts in our Bracknell Travis Perkins Branch.
Joining our family as a Contract Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the orders of a large manage service contract. You will be updating notes on ticketed jobs numbers, due dates for special orders and raising purchase orders for the customer. The Contracts Sales Account Manager is also responsible for ensuring the stock required by this prestigious client is available when they require it this includes making sure the orders are raised and deliveries to the client are on time. Communication is a key part of this position and ensuring the client has details of deliveries and stock they require is a must.

• Able and willing to remain very organised at all times


• Some experience in sourcing special materials and parts preferable, but the role will soon have you up to speed with this


• Willing and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues across the whole TP group as well as Mitie Operatives


• Self driven / motivate


• Willingness to learn how to operate a new system alongside our own


• Able to make quick decisions and overcome obstacles on the fly


• Happy to work in the Customer's environment

The working hours for this position is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are flexible with Start times but the ideal would be 7:30am to 1pm.
