Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven content creator to join our social media team. As a content creator at AllSaints you will know your way around camera(s). Working with various departments across the business, you will become the epicentre of our content! Reporting to the senior social media manager, this role will contribute to shaping our social content strategy and brand identity. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the content production process, from coming up with ideas to producing, editing, and releasing regular content. You will know how to tell a story and engage an audience via video and imagery. You'll be able to follow a brief, meet deadlines and advise and lead on the creative process with insightful recommendations and innovative updates.,

  • You will be responsible for bringing fresh ideas to the table. You will pitch content ideas that align with the brands tone of voice

  • Brainstorm and present creative briefs for videos that will help elevate the brand and its message

  • Capturing all types of videos for the marketing team including videos of fashion events, in-store, lifestyle videos, behind the scenes and consignment shoots

  • Collect equipment such as cameras, stands and lights required for each project

  • Check all material to ensure that it has been captured properly

  • Reshoot scenes or parts of scenes that may not conform to quality coverage standards

  • Support the team throughout the production process by providing input and making necessary changes to the original footage

  • Collaborate with other departments to contribute to the shaping of our content strategy

  • You will be the expert on how content performs across different business areas. Producing accurate and detailed analysis to advise the business on how to best utilise content

  • Maintain and foster relationships with content creators in key markets to partner with for key activation

    We are looking for a visual storyteller with a keen hands-on-approach to creating, shooting and editing engaging content for our social media channels. You will be organised, innovative, self motivated and dynamic in your working style. You'll understand emerging trends and will be reactive to developments., Experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Final Cut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and aftereffects

  • Desired experience would include graphics, music, and voice overs to create professional grade content

  • You will be well versed and highly skilled in the art of video-making; storytelling, set production, style of shoot,

  • camera work and angles, editing, filtering, graphics and imagery, overlays, and overall aesthetics of the film

  • Your shooting style, and techniques will have a major influence on what the studio decides to shoot. You must be

  • brave, have an eye for design, and be able to work as part of a team

  • You will be a creative person with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to work across multiple teams

  • Commercially aware and customer focused with the ability to use initiative and intuition

  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines and multitask to manage several projects simultaneously

  • Positive attitude, self-aware and self-motivated

  • Collaborative team player with an open mindset and an assertive communication style
