Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focussed individual to join our small Consumer Advice Team, based in our modern and friendly surroundings at St Johns.

In this rewarding role, you will offer advice to Manx consumers in regard to the purchase of goods and services and also provide a confidential debt counselling service. You will be joining our frontline team which deliver dedicated professional customer services to the community of the Isle of Man.

A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.

Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and all Manx and U.K. bank holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.

Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements; the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
