Full Job Description
- Work with a team of 20 Consultant Radiologists
- Participate in the supervision and education of radiology registrars, specialty doctors and radiographers
- Teaching of junior doctors and medical students encouraged
- Participation in audit and QSI accreditation and departmental project
- Participate in general reporting of XR, CT, US, MRI and also subspecialty reporting
- Interest in Urogynae Radiology with experience in reporting prostate, bladder, gynae pelvis and renal MRI
- Running MDT meetings independently in relevant subspecialty (urology and gynaecology)
- Participate in the day-to-day radiology service provision - CT/MR inpatient reporting, support of radiographers and trainees, duty radiologist vetting and advice service and be able to perform general US.
- Participate on the on call rota (approx 1 in 18)
