Construction Site Manager

The right candidate will have an experienced Multi-trade background with lots of site experience, be able to make decisions, direct people, the ability to direct labour and subcontractors, manage material orders, purchasing/QS experience on a basic level and run a safe site.

Bristol Design and Build required a Site manager to join a busy architecture and construction company in Bristol. We are looking for a trade based site manager that is still actively on the tools. The site is a Grade II listed building being converted into a 10 bedroom boutique hotel. We have other trades on board and ready to go, there is also scope to use your own connections and use people you have an existing working relationship with.

Bristol Design & Build is owned by Boyce Group and only builds property for Boyce Group. We have several sites running in Bristol currently and have a large pipe line of continued work for the right person. There is a mix of new build and conversion along with being residential and commercial projects.
