Construction Project Manager

Bristol Design & Build are seeking an experienced construction project manger with quantity surveying experience. We are building a terrace of six 5 bedroom HMO houses. They are timber frame, brick slip with contig-pile basements. You will be required to run the entire site covering all aspects. The scheme is fully drawn out in detail, you will have the assistance and expertise of the design department should there be any questions on the drawings. We have other construction managers in the firm to provide assistance and help with sharing knowledge.

• Manage cost plan


• Procurement of labour


• Procurement of materials


• Tender packages


• JCT negotiation & drafting


• Health & Safety requirements


• Supervise and inspect all works


• Schedule construction process


Bristol Design & Build is as the name suggests a design and build company. We have a full team of in house architects and several construction teams. Generally we have around 10 projects in the design and planning stages. There are 3 construction projects currently underway. In addition to the terrace of six, we are building 2 residential flats as part of a conversion above a shop and a Grade II listed building being converted into a 10 bedroom boutique hotel.

As a company we are part of a larger property development company called Boyce Group. The majority of the projects we work on are owned by Boyce Group. We have 5 years worth of projects lined up.
