The firm is Real Estate sector led, offering services including Corporate, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate (development, investment and asset management), Litigation, Planning, Tax and Construction.

The high quality Construction practice is busy and at a size where an additional partner is sought. A real attraction is that there are clear opportunities to do more from the firm's institutional cross practice clients. In addition, an incoming partner would be expected to bring client skills and relationships to the table. An existing partner would fit well but a non-partner looking to make the step up would also be considered. A non-contentious focus is sought.

It is worth noting that, perhaps rather unusually these days, Partners at this firm have a real say in the direction and strategy of the practice and firm!
