Construction Manager

We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled, and enthusiastic Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of our flagship schemes on site. With previous experience of operating within a construction environment and an understanding of project management and NEC contract administration, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our flagship later living scheme at Ty Darran Risca, and our first flagship mixed tenure development at Oakdale Place, Oakdale.

• Minimum of a Level 6 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales such as Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction. Planning, Building Control, or another related discipline and a NEC4 Accreditation.


• A good understanding of the contribution good quality and affordable homes make toward tackling poverty, improving health and wellbeing, social care, education, and regeneration.


• Exceptional knowledge of MMC (Modern Methods of Construction) and its benefits.


• Full UK Category B driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business/work purposes to travel throughout the borough and beyond to attend meetings with consultants' developers and to visit sites
