Community Action Redbridge is a local infrastructure organisation working to create a fairer Redbridge where every one and every community thrives. We are looking for a passionate and experienced programme manager to lead our social prescribing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a programme of work that builds on people's strengths, and draws on the strengths of their communities, to

  • Build individual, family and community resilience Support empowerment and independence Reduce social isolation and loneliness Increase choice and control Facilitate inclusion and connectedness Through gathering insight and data, you will also play an important role in supporting the development of local plans and priorities, helping to ensure that they meet the needs and aspirations of local people. The successful candidate will be passionate about the power and potential of communities. You will bring previous experience of asset-based community development and a track record of managing and developing impactful projects. Please note that this role can be offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
