Full Job Description

Forming part of our Conference Events team and working closely with the Event Managers to deliver an amazing memorable experience to our guests. This is a hands-on position; with great attention to detail you'll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to The Grand standard! Shifts in the Lounge, Bar and Restaurant will also be made available to you.

  • Think on your feet to meet clients' needs- a great can-do attitude is spot on!

  • Have great communication skills: you'll be greeting organisers, ensuring guests' needs are met and working with others to achieve the department's KPIs

  • Be self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times

  • Work well in a team during large events

  • Be AV savvy to support organisers with the set-up of their event (desirable)
