Night Concierge Homeless Services

Cavendish Lodge, Ipswich

£11.61 per hour

42 hours per week - 12 hour night shifts - working four night on and four nights off

Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Night Concierge at Cavendish Lodge Homeless Services, Ipswich.

The role of Night Concierge will include:

-Providing general assistance and responding to customer requests and queries efficiently
-Supporting the organisation of social events to encourage participation and involvement to ensure customer satisfaction
-Ensuring that the health and safety and security of the service is maintained to create a safe and secure environment
-Developing and delivering effective administrative procedures
-Completing concierge check lists, feeding back information and completing incident reports
-The role will involve lone working at night

Skills and experiences:

-A positive, can-do attitude
-Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
-Ability to hit the ground running and work under challenging circumstances
-Some experience of working with homelessness would be advantageous
-Basic health and safety knowledge
-Friendly and approachable attitude with the ability to communicate and engage with our customers, visitors and colleagues
