Full Job Description

Service Delivery

  • Assist in managing all PPM activity across our clients buildings ensuring we remain compliant with all of our contractual and statutory obligations

  • Book & Schedule all works and engineers

  • Input of data onto clients CAFM Systems/Portals

  • Raising contractor work orders

  • Raising supplier purchase orders

  • Analyze and report any service failures raising quotes for all remedial work.


  • Quality
  • Manage all data input/flow into and out of SimPRO.

  • Ensure all compliance certification is tracked and quality checked prior to submission to our client base ensuring we are compliant and within the statutory completion dates

  • Develop and coordinate action plans to implement any improvement initiatives

  • Ensure site files are up to date

  • Ensure compliance reports are completed for each sites as required

  • Asset Data collection & CAFM system input (in house & 3rd party) to allow real time tracking

    Shield Mechanical, Electrical & Facilities Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Compliance Team. As a Compliance Administrator, to administer all PPM and compliance activity across all of Shields client's static and mobile portfolios., Demonstrates a strong service orientation and awareness of the importance of delivering high standards of customer service

  • Ability to cost-effectively supervise and manage resources available to achieve a high level of service across the portfolio

  • Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements

  • Ability to maintain an objective and positive focus through periods of high and sustained work pressure utilizing excellent time management to asses and prioritise essential tasks

  • Self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Good knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft, word, excel and outlook
