Full Job Description
The Complex Support Worker will provide assistance to individuals in need, helping them with daily activities and providing emotional support.
Duties:
- Support our services users into the community
- Administer medication
- Meal preparation
- Cleaning duties where required
- Personal care
- Promoting independence
- Supporting with Finances
- Supporting to appointments
- Liaising with the doctors and Pharmacy
Experience working with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Schizophrenia, Mental health, and Behaviours that challenge
- Knowledge of the Mental capacity act, and Safeguarding,
- Familiarity with systems for documenting service users care
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Drivers required
