Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for Complaints Works Coordinators to join our Customer Relations team. These roles sit within the Customer Experience and Engagement department which covers customer insight and analysis, complaint management and learning, local communication plans, resident engagement and

consumer regulation across the Group's Affordable Housing business.

The role of Complaints Works Coordinator will include:

  • Tracking and monitoring agreed repair works for our customers

  • Keeping accurate and up to date records

  • Chasing up repairs and raising works orders

  • Liaising with various departments internally and external stakeholders to arrange works and check on agreed works

  • Keep in regular contact with customers about outstanding repair matters, Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers.

  • We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working.
    Sanctuary Housing Services Limited is a subsidiary of Sanctuary Housing Association, an exempt charity.

  • Knowledge of handling complaints and understanding of complaints process

  • Administration experience in a housing setting is desirable

  • Understanding of the regulatory environment we operate in

  • Proven ability to plan and organise effectively

  • Strong problem solving to achieve practical solutions to challenging problems

  • Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
