Do you have customer service experience and the drive to resolve complaints ensuring the best customer outcome? Do you have a passion for turning a disgruntled customer into an advocate for the service? Would you love to work in a team which has a close knit, friendly, supportive and uplifting culture?

If so, you could be a great fit for a Complaints Specialist we are looking for to join our Customer Experience team., At Leeds Building Society, our members come first. As a Complaints Specialist you will play a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience by resolving customer complaints. You will also provide vital insight into the root cause of complaints, identifying and reporting any trends to prevent poor customer service in the future.

  • Customer service experience

  • Good attention to detail and high personal and professional standards

  • Highly professional telephone manner

  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines within set service standards

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent (Inc. Maths & English level 4-9) or equivalent
