Full Job Description

We are looking for a Company Paralegal to assist a busy Company Director 2-3 days a week with the below:

  • Review legal documentation and other correspondences to identify relevant information.

  • Assess and evaluate documents for accuracy and legal compliance.

  • Research and source information / case law.

  • Assist / produce legal documents and court papers.

  • Contribute to general administrative tasks.

    Legal qualifications and advantage

  • Previous experience in legal research

  • A proactive approach to work.

  • A high degree of self-management and initiative.

  • Must have good attention to detail.

  • Capable of working under pressure.

  • Must be discrete.

    £28,000 - £30,000 a year - Permanent, Part-time
