Cassa Pancho's Ballet Black is looking for a Company Assistant & Junior School Administrator to join the team. This person will contribute towards the smooth running of our office, Junior School and touring logistics.

This role offers an interesting and fulfilling opportunity for a highly motivated individual as it offers many opportunities to learn how a touring company works. Ballet Black is a very small and accomplished team, and this job offers the Company Assistant & Junior School Administrator the chance to work across varied tasks. This position is mainly based in our Marylebone office during the day. Suitable candidates will be flexible about hours and working in the evening, weekends or different locations where necessary, should have a strong interest in dance or the arts and be a motivated self-starter. This position requires a high level of physical activity as the Company Assistant is required to move sets, flight cases and suitcases ready to go out on tour.

Founded in 2001, Cassa Pancho'sBallet Black is a professional ballet company that exists to make a fundamental change in the diversity of mainstream classical ballet-on stage, behind the scenes, and among audiences and participants.We are a multi award-winning touring company, producing two national tours a year. Venues we tour to include Barbican, Birmingham Rep, The Lowry, York Theatre Royal,The Royal Opera House and Theatre Royal Stratford East. We also run the Ballet Black Junior School for children and the Ballet Black Associate Programme for exceptional young women aged 12-16 years., Cassa Pancho's Ballet Black is a professional ballet company for international dancers of black and Asian descent. We aim to bring ballet to a more culturally diverse audience by celebrating black and Asian dancers in ballet. We perform and offer community driven classes for dancers and students, young and old.

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 pa depending on experience, plus a 3% pension contribution after 3-month probationary period has concluded. Job description to be reviewed at the end of a three-month probationary period.
