Full Job Description

The Community Manager initially will focus on the community management in Cardiff and the Vale sites and supporting more widely on planning, developing, and executing activity to engage various stakeholders in achieving our goals. Working with the FOH team to retain existing members and supporting the recruitment of new tenants and customers.

Being part of the FOH team to work on major events and projects that drive forward the business and create opportunities for our community.

Reporting to Group Community Manager,

  • Onboard new members, giving tours, and explaining our services and amenities.

  • Develop strong relationships with members to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.


  • Community Engagement:
  • Plan and execute events such as workshops, networking sessions, and social gatherings.

  • Encourage collaboration and interaction among members.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive community culture.

  • Collect and analyse feedback from members to continuously improve the member experience


  • Space Management:
  • Ensure the coworking space is well-maintained and operational.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.

  • Manage coworking space bookings and desk assignments.

  • Actively recruit new members and manage the onboarding process for new members

  • Implementation of sales strategy & identification of opportunities as guided by Sales


  • Marketing and Outreach:
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new members.

  • Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to expand our network.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to promote the space and attract new members


  • Administration:
  • Handle membership agreements, payments, and billing.

  • Maintain accurate records of membership and attendance.

  • Generate reports on community engagement and membership metrics.

  • Address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner


  • Additional Responsibilities may include:

    Cover when needed across sites

  • Proven experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).

  • Experience with social media management is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred., Personable and approachable demeanor.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
