Nexxus Care are recruiting for passionate and caring Care Assistants to join our Domiciliary Care Team in the Wombourne area
As this is a community based role you will be required to have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
We have full time and part time contracts available. (Shift patterns 7am -2.30pm and 2.30pm - 10pm, alternate weekends). The role of a Nexxus Care Assistant is varied in its duties and no two days will be the same.
- Empathetic and compassionate - Going back to basics, we need individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to residents of all abilities
- Able to build rapport and relationships quickly
- Trustworthy and reliable - Are you punctual? Can you manage your time well?
- Resilience? - Care is extremely rewarding, but can you handle the challenges as well as the fulfilment
- Flexible - We try our best to ensure you can work the shifts preferred, but on occasions you may need to be flexible
