Full Job Description

  • Work with the Central and Local Programme Teams to develop and execute the transformation communications strategy, aligning with the overall deployment plan and using the communications playbook and supporting assets to ensure consistency across the company.

  • Help to position the transformation as a key enabler of our Growth+ company strategy and our core values.

  • Develop engaging communications that speak to multiple global audiences with the goal of winning hearts and minds to ensure the successful roll-out of the transformation.

  • Consider the Change Management curve and ensure the tone of communications is in line with the assessment of where sites/individuals are in the change process.

  • Use feedback mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of communications and put in place interventions as required to continuously improve.

  • Provide strategic updates to multiple stakeholders and establish a measurement dashboard to show the impact and progress of communications.

    The role is fast paced requiring an experienced individual who can influence at all levels globally and who has a proven experience developing and delivering communication strategies including change, stakeholder management, content development, channel selection and feedback mechanisms with the goal of engaging and winning hearts and minds across the company., Experienced in developing and executing communication strategies for major change projects, including stakeholder mapping, message development, and content creation.

  • Skilled written and oral communicator with a talent for storytelling and clarity in messaging.

  • Proficient in understanding cultural and generational norms within diverse organisations and their impact on communication.

  • Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through collaboration in multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data to address company needs, complemented by project management expertise.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for influencing and fostering relationships across teams and stakeholders in a global context.
