About the role
As a Communications Manager at Kyriba, you will principally support external communications, with a focus on enhancing our CEO's public profile and our corporate communication efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to manage diverse communication channels effectively. On occasions, you may be asked to support content creation for internal communications.
Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting the Communications Team:


  • Assist all members of the communications teams as required, providing flexible support on projects, helping deliver outcomes, and ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
  • CEO External Communications Support:


  • Focus on helping elevate our CEO's public presence through meticulously crafted speeches, thought leadership pieces, and other key communications, ensuring alignment with Kyriba's strategic goals and brand voice.
  • Content Creation:


  • Engage in high-level content creation, including drafting speeches for senior leaders, articles, and thought leadership content that reflects the innovative spirit of Kyriba and communicates our core messages clearly and effectively.
  • Research Projects:


  • Conduct thorough research to support communications strategies, staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring that all content is backed by the latest accurate information and statistics.
  • Social Media Management:


  • Develop and manage social media strategies for the CEO and the wider business, focusing on enhancing engagement and brand visibility. Oversee content creation and scheduling for various platforms, tailoring messages to different audiences.

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or similar field. An equivalent level of professional experience in a communications role is also acceptable.

  • You will have some experience in delivering successful, impactful multi-channel communication campaigns at a national or global level.

  • Your strong copywriting skills are complemented by a proven ability to produce engaging and precise content for diverse audiences.

  • You are skilled in engaging with various stakeholders to effectively shape communication briefs, gather essential information, and execute campaigns.

  • You have demonstrated success in building robust networks and fostering relationships within complex organizations.

  • Your understanding of communication best practices is matched by a curiosity about the latest industry trends and developments.
