Full Job Description

We're looking for a Comms Strategist who's interested in working on some of the biggest and most exciting brands in the world. You'll be working with our strategy team to help build and run comms strategies from insight to delivery, working with a wide number of internal and external stakeholders.
Your work will be varied and rewarding, working on everything from European Comms campaigns for Globally renowned brands through to helping create the positioning for new brand innovations.
You'll be empowered to work independently, collaborating with other functions within draftLine and external agency partners. Taking the responsibility for delivery of your own projects, with the support and oversight of our Strategy Leads
.
We would love you to:

  • Bring best practices in advertising and communications, brand strategy and audience insight to develop effective comms strategies


  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of our brands and audiences to ensure that all strategy and creative work is on brand and effective.

  • Work with our data and insights teams to review brand performance and use this to develop strategies that will drive real impact

  • Build creative briefs that inspire our Creative teams and external partners, integrating inputs from other key stakeholders

  • To work with creative/production staff and partners to ensure creative products and solutions are strategically correct and achieve or better the client goal.

  • Help to drive strategic thought leadership across the agency and AB InBev teams through think-pieces and presentations that position the experts in strategic effectiveness

    Communications strategy - 2 to 3 years of direct experience of working on communications plans, moving from research and insight through to delivery

  • Understanding of consumer behavior - Finding consumer insights that inspire and empower our creatives

  • Understanding of digital and traditional media channels and how best to use them to deliver a comms campaign

  • Experience of beer and/or alcohol brands a plus but not necessary

  • Be a strong communicator; able to inspire and influence stakeholders
